Petroleum Distillates is a mixture of volatile hydrocarbons obtained from petroleum. This is a broad term that refers to any one of numerous petroleum fractions. Petroleum Distillates is a clear, colorless liquid. In cosmetics and personal care products, Petroleum Distillates may be used in makeup, hair, nail, and skin care products.
